If you are looking for ways that your organisation can be more neuroinclusive for your staff and in your relationships with external stakeholders, we can provide guidance and training to help you achieve your objectives.
In-person training
We can equip your teams with the knowledge and tools to support neurodivergent colleagues and external clients effectively.
Our Neurodiversity Awareness Programme is a series of four one-hour sessions over 2-4 weeks that provide an overview of neurodiversity, busting stereotypes and misconceptions, and inspiring discussion & conversation amongst attendees. The Programme is run in-person.
E-Learning
If you prefer online delivery, we have self-paced e-learning modules, hosted by our partners at The Executive Development Centre, designed for organisations to understand more about building and nurturing an inclusive work environment, and learning more about neurodivergent conditions. For more information, please click here.
Accreditation for in-house training programmes
We have wide experience in making training more neuroinclusive. We can review your existing in-house training programmes to identify and address barriers for neurodivergent colleagues, and work with you on a supported action plan to make real impact. Organisations that subsequently make their programmes more neuroinclusive can be awarded annual NEA Accreditation to show their presence as a leadership in inclusive employment.
Neuroinclusive spaces
Our expert partner SenSpational can provide an environmental assessment of your premises and provide detailed recommendations about how your physical workspaces can be made more inclusive for your neurodivergent colleagues.
