Submitting your case study to NEA25
Neurodivergent business owners who would like to share their experiences are encouraged to propose a case study session. Sharing your story as a neurodivergent entrepreneur is more than just personal reflection — it's a powerful act of shaping the future of business. By presenting your experience as a case study at NEA25, you contribute to a richer, more accurate picture of what entrepreneurial success can look like when it doesn’t follow the typical script. Your insights can help challenge narrow definitions of professionalism, innovation, and leadership, while making space for a wider range of approaches and working styles.
This is also a chance to influence how researchers, policymakers, and support organisations understand the realities of neurodivergent entrepreneurship — the assets, the barriers, and the balancing acts in between. Whether you're navigating burnout and brilliance, working with a spiky skills profile, or building a business that fits how your brain works, your story could spark recognition, inspiration, and change. You don’t need to have it all figured out — what matters is honesty, nuance, and your unique perspective.
In addition to business owners themselves, business support professionals and policymakers are an essential part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, responsible for contributing to systemic change. We would like to hear from members of these groups who wish to showcase work they are doing to make their services more inclusive of all neurotypes.
