We are committed to breaking down barriers for disabled entrepreneurs by improving access to finance, resources, and tailored support.  As a founding signatory of the Disability Finance Code and a steering board member of the Lilac Review, we work with partners to create equal opportunities for disabled-owned businesses, which make up around 25% of the UK’s small business population. Our initiatives include practical guides, mentoring programmes, training on disability and neuro-inclusion, and tools to help businesses find the right financial solutions. By listening, learning, and collaborating, we aim to level the playing field and help disabled founders thrive.
