Like many neurodivergent professionals, Vikki & Sharlene had to forge their own paths through education, motherhood, and professional life, often without the accommodations or understanding they needed. But rather than being held back, they channeled that experience into action. They both graduated with First Class Honours, supported by a university scholarship that allowed them to conduct research into early therapeutic interventions for neurodiverse children. That research laid the groundwork for what is now Role Resolve Therapy; a fully registered limited company and Community Interest Company (CIC).
