Almuth (she, her, sie, ihr) is Professor of Organisational Psychology at Birbeck University of London where she leads the Centre for Neurodiversity Research at Work. Her expertise is on occupational health and diversity with particular focus on neurodiversity. She is widely published on this topic and sought after as a speaker.
