Jill Harper-Hill is an integrative therapist, therapeutic ADHD coach, and founder of The Busy Brains Club, a group programme that supports ADHD-type women to move from overwhelm to inner harmony. With more than 15 years’ experience in education, including senior leadership roles focused on inclusion and wellbeing, she brings a deep understanding of how systems shape the lives of neurodivergent people. In addition to her client work, Jill delivers training on ADHD and neurodivergence for schools, and other organisations looking to improve support and inclusion.
Charlotte Noon helps ambitious Gen Z introverts (aged 14-28) uncover their quiet strengths, communicate their value with confidence, and achieve their goals – at school, at work and beyond – without masks, burnout, or shame.
Alan Sawyers runs AS Design and has built the business over the past four years from what was previously just him on his own to becoming a team of four people. AS Design’s client base is almost solely retained and regular clients who see them as an extension of their own teams. The value of what the business does is in the strategic approach, but the end result is design focused and user centric.
Liza Knight is a business coach, strategist, and long-time entrepreneur who helps quietly ambitious founders grow businesses that work for who they are. Liza has built product-based, service-based, and creative businesses across two decades, all while raising three kids, managing neurodivergence, and doing business in a world not built for her brain. Her approach is calm, strategic, and grounded in reality, not buzzwords. Liza took over leadership of MINT Business Club in 2023, building on the values-led foundation created by founder Nicola Jayne Little.
Liza holds an ILM Level 7 in Coaching & Mentoring, is a member of the EMCC, and delivers business support through local council and university partnerships across the North East.
