Panel Discussion: “The Power of Coaching for Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs”

Claire Butcher has been a professional trainer and work coach for many years, and started her own business, Clarify Training over 19 years ago.

She has since worked with thousands of delegates and hundreds of clients to make positive changes to their lives and their companies’ bottom line.

She specialises in micro- and small-business growth, supporting owners to be the best they can be.

Claire is a Microsoft Master Instructor and ETC Business Consultant with a Diploma in teaching IT. She is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Danielle Cudjoe-Michalski is a seasoned Project Manager, founder of Thinking Light Coach, and co-founder and former co-lead of the Neurodiversity Network (NDN) at GSK. She championed initiatives to empower neurodiverse employees and advance inclusion.

With 20 years of success in corporate STEM roles and lived experience as a neurodiverse individual, Danielle combines deep expertise with personal insight. As a certified coach, consultant, trainer, and TEDx speaker, she supports individuals and organisations in navigating the evolving neurodiversity landscape, offering practical strategies to create a neuro-inclusive culture and empower individuals to leverage their unique cognitive strengths.

Regina Casteleijn-Osorno is a Doctoral Researcher at Turku University, School of Economics, and a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator since 2018, regularly holding workshops in both university and private sectors. She has published research on wellbeing, resilience, motherhood, disability, and entrepreneurship in journals including Journal of Business Venturing Insights,  Business Research Quarterly, and The International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She is currently completing her dissertation, which explores the intersection of motherhood, caregiving, and entrepreneurship. Regina identifies as neurodivergent and is the mother of three children, two of whom are neurodivergent and additional needs. In her free time, she is fueled by a passion for burlesque dance, roller skating, reading, baking and the musical styles of Nick Cave.

Suzy Jackson is an autistic ADHDer who specialises in coaching ADHD humans to build, run and grow ADHD businesses at the Technicolour Project. Suzy’s approach to ADHD coaching is based on tools and strategies that help to understand why your brain does what it does, learn what you can and can’t change, make better decisions, find the right path and stay motivated on it, and adapt and make accommodations in your life and business.
