LUCY GRIFFITHS
Lucy is an autistic entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, author and doctoral researcher at Swansea University, where she lectures in marketing and is Programme Director for the BSc Marketing.
She co-founded and led the careers-tech venture SortYourFuture.com as its CEO – exiting via acquisition. She also runs a design-led marketing agency, bringing design thinking and value-creation tools into education and startup ecosystems.
Her TEDx talk, How Designers Can Transform Education, was praised by the late Sir Ken Robinson for its moving depiction of the personal impacts of high-stakes testing in schools. She has authored six children’s books on enterprise and sustainability, is a Chartered Marketer, and has served as a Trustee of both the RSA and the Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales. Today, Lucy’s research and speaking focus on ensuring that the rich and wide ranging lived experiences of neurodivergent entrepreneurs are respected and reflected fully and faithfully in the entrepreneurship literature.
