Sustainability leader, focussed on developing and delivering purpose driven strategies and programmes over the past 15 years in consumer and commercial banking, working with government, corporates and communities to influence the systemic levers of organisational and societal change necessary to deliver sustainable performance. I currently focus on developing a ‘targeted universalism’ approach across the corporate bank’s products and services, leading Lloyds’ active participation in the development and delivery of the government backed Lilac Review and UK Disability Finance Code whilst enhancing social sustainability data and insights organisational capability.  Previous highlights have included:

• Leading a multi-million, multi-year environmental and social sustainability portfolio, from insight to strategy to delivery
• Overseeing the Lloyds Bank flagship under-served entrepreneurial community programmes delivering 50,000+ hours targeted support to 1000s of small business owners improving their access to finance, networks, tools and support.
• Leading the commissioning of extensive and ground-breaking research on the barriers faced by black-owned, disabled-owned and regional women-owned businesses
• Leading the successful integration of innovative sustainability standards into financing products for small and medium sized housing developers
• Delivering sales to service focussed culture transformation programmes to 40000 colleagues servicing 25m+ customers

I have also served as a lead governor at one of the UK’s largest state primary schools since 2015 and have been a fellow at the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce since 2018.
