Ben Holmes is a neurodivergent coach, trainer, and entrepreneur. He is a fully qualified Autism Practitioner and holds numerous other qualifications. He is autistic and also has ADHD, Dyspraxia, OCD and Anxiety. He delivers neurodiversity and mental health training to businesses, 121 coaching to neurodivergent individuals, autism diagnosis, and is involved in various related projects. He has worked across multiple different sectors and environments such as professional football coaching, corporate, sales, office work, warehousing and more. This gives him vast experience of being neurodivergent in different workplaces and a unique insight into the strengths and struggles that come with that.
