Andreia Morgado is an autistic-ADHD educator, researcher, and founder of IMPACTsci, a Portugal-based social enterprise that designs participatory, neuro-inclusive learning tools for schools, universities and workplaces across Europe. With a background in Education Sciences and a decade managing EU innovation projects, she now leads multidisciplinary teams that co-create inclusive methodologies, Universal Design-for-Learning resources, and policy briefs with neurodivergent partners. Andreia serves on multiple community advisory boards, trains teachers in inclusive practice, and advocates for research models that centre lived expertise
