Objectives: 

By the end of this half day session, delegates will have:

· Had an introduction to the topic and defined overwhelm

· Looked at the causes and triggers that exist and what impacts these can have

· Understood the signs of overwhelm coming

· Considered coping strategies and self care techniques to reduce overwhelm

· Discussed support networks and tools

· Have built their own plan for dealing with overwhelm and have the confidence to implement the plan into their lives.
